To make your domain point to your Web of Nevada server, you need to update DNS records at wherever your domain is managed (your registrar or DNS provider).

Find Your Server IP Address

Log in to your client area, go to Services > My Services, click your server, and note the IP address listed there.

Option 1: Point the Domain Directly (A Record)

Log in to your domain registrar or DNS provider and create or update an A record:

  • Name/Host: @ (for the root domain) or www (for www subdomain)
  • Value/Points to: Your server IP address
  • TTL: 300 seconds (or your provider's minimum)

Create both an @ and a www record pointing to the same IP if you want both to work.

Option 2: Change Nameservers

If you registered your domain through Web of Nevada, you can manage DNS from your client area. Go to Domains > My Domains, click your domain, and select Manage DNS.

DNS Propagation

DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours to propagate worldwide. Most changes take effect within 1 hour. You can check propagation status at dnschecker.org.
