What is a KVM VPS and how is it different from shared hosting?

With shared hosting, dozens of customers share the same CPU, RAM, and storage — what your neighbors do affects your performance. A KVM VPS gives you a fully isolated virtual machine with dedicated resources. Your CPU, RAM, and NVMe storage are yours alone, and you get root access, your own OS, and consistent performance regardless of what anyone else is running on the same physical node.

What is a dedicated server?

A dedicated server is a physical machine assigned entirely to you — no virtualization layer, no shared resource pools, no other tenants. Every CPU cycle, every GB of RAM, and every I/O operation is yours. You can run it as a single machine or install Proxmox and use it as your own hypervisor for VMs and containers. It's the highest performance and isolation tier we offer.

How do I choose between a VPS and a dedicated server?

Start with a VPS if you need isolated resources at a lower cost and your workload fits within one of the available tiers. Choose a dedicated server if you need the full machine — no virtualization overhead, the ability to run Proxmox with your own guest VMs, or workloads that a shared physical environment simply can't accommodate. Do your plans include root access?

Yes — both VPS and dedicated server plans include full root access. You choose your OS, install your own software, and configure the system however your workload requires. There's no control panel forced on you, though options like cPanel are available if you want one.

What operating systems can I run on my VPS or dedicated server?

Both VPS and dedicated server plans support Linux distributions including CentOS, Debian, Fedora, and others. If you have a specific OS requirement, open a ticket before ordering and we'll confirm compatibility. Dedicated server customers can also install Proxmox and run their own guest VMs or containers on top.

Is bandwidth metered or capped?

Bandwidth is unmetered with a fair use policy — there's no monthly data cap. The port speed on your plan is the maximum throughput available to your instance, ranging from 250 Mbps on entry-level VPS plans up to 10G on the Flush dedicated plan.

Can I upgrade my VPS plan as my needs grow?

Yes. Start with the plan that fits your current workload and upgrade when you need more resources. Upgrades are handled via a support ticket — we'll work with you to move to a higher tier with minimal disruption.

Do you offer a free domain?

Yes — sign up for any annual plan and we'll include a free domain registration for the first year. Contact us if you have questions about which TLDs are included.

How do I pick the right Domain Name?

Keep it short, memorable, and easy to spell — if you have to explain how to type it, it's already working against you. Avoid hyphens and numbers where possible. The .com extension still carries the most recognition, but .net and .org are legitimate alternatives depending on your organization type. If your preferred name is taken, try a different extension before settling for a long or awkward variation of it. When in doubt, your business name or a clear description of what you do will always age better than something clever that loses meaning in five years.
